I've worked with Kip since 2022 - leading design and content strategy across the brand, from campaign concepts through to execution.

The work spans almost every visible touchpoint: website design and UX, seasonal campaign concepts, social and email direction, and content systems that scale across a small team.

The thread through all of it is consistency - making sure the brand looks, feels and sounds like itself across an Instagram post, a homepage rewrite and a Sunday email, even as the team and the offering grow.
